Zhi Yi

Clinical Psychologist (M. Clin. Psych, HELP University)

Zhi Yi graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) in Psychology from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College, Malaysia. She has experience working with individuals with psychological disorders during her internship in Sarawak General Hospital which sparked her interest in pursuing further her education to deepen her understanding to help people with psychological disorders. This led to her completing her Master in Clinical Psychology at HELP University, Malaysia.


Throughout her training, she has experience working in different settings providing psychological services and administering assessments across populations of different cultures and socioeconomic status. While exploring and practising, she believes that the keys to unwind the confusion and conflict within oneself lies in active listening and providing a safe platform for clients to explore and express themselves.
