Suraya is a trainee clinical psychologist currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Psychology at HELP University. With a deep understanding of how life’s challenges can leave us feeling entangled and overwhelmed, she is dedicated to creating a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel truly heard.


Her approach emphasizes collaboration, helping clients untangle the complexities of their experiences at their own pace. She strives to empower individuals to navigate life’s uncertainties, explore their thoughts and emotions with curiosity, and foster meaningful growth and healing.



Suraya’s practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with an integrated approach that includes elements of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is committed to supporting clients in building resilience, achieving personal growth, and discovering their capacity to face life’s challenges with confidence.
